Terms & Conditions of Peak Prizes

1. Introduction
By participating in the Peak Prizes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all raffle draws hosted on our website, peakprizes.co.uk. Pembrokeshire Wins reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. It is the participant’s responsibility to stay informed of any changes by reviewing these terms regularly.

2. Eligibility
All entrants must be 18 years or older to participate.
Raffle entries are open to residents of the United Kingdom,
Employees of Peak prizes or any affiliated partners are not eligible to enter the competition.

3. Raffle Entry
Entrants can purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per draw unless otherwise stated.
Each draw will have a limited number of tickets available, which will be disclosed at the time of the raffle. This is to ensure participants have better chances of winning.
Tickets will be available for purchase exclusively through peakprizes.co.uk.
Ticket prices will vary between £1 and £10 depending on the prize, and will be displayed on the raffle page.

4. Prizes
Peak Prizes offers various prizes including cash, tablets, TVs, gaming consoles, and more.
The prize for each raffle will be clearly outlined on the raffle page, and participants will know what they are playing for before entering.
The prize details, including the value and specifics, will be outlined in the raffle description for each draw.
Peak Prizes reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. Supporting Local Causes
A portion of the profits from each raffle draw will be donated to local good causes in the UK.
Each raffle will specify the local cause or charity being supported so that participants know where their money is going.

6. Draw Process
Each raffle draw will be held weekly, with the draw date and time specified on the raffle page.
The winners will be selected randomly using a computer algorithm.
Winners will be announced publicly on the Peak Prizes website and social media channels, subject to the participant’s consent.
In the event of any dispute regarding the selection of the winner, Pembrokeshire Wins’ decision will be final.

7. Claiming Prizes
Winners will be notified via the email address they provided during the ticket purchase process.
Prizes will be dispatched within 14 days of the winner being confirmed. In the case of cash prizes, payments will be made directly to the winner’s bank account or via PayPal.
If the prize is not claimed within 30 days of notification, Peak Wins reserves the right to offer the prize to another participant or rerun the raffle.

Personal information will not be shared with third parties unless required to deliver the prize to the winner, in which case the winner’s name and address will be shared with the relevant retailer or delivery provider.By entering the raffle, participants consent to Peak Wins using their details for promotional purposes, such as announcing winners, unless they opt-out.

9. Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of raffle cancellation or postponement.
In the unlikely event of a raffle cancellation, participants will be refunded the full amount of their ticket purchase within 14 days.

10. Limitation of Liability
Peak Prizes is not responsible for any technical issues or malfunctions related to website performance, internet connectivity, or payment gateways that may prevent participants from entering the raffle.
Peak Prizes will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the prize or participation in the raffle, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Peak Prizes.

11. Modifications and Termination
Peak Prizes reserves the right to modify or terminate any raffle at any time. In such cases, all participants will be notified, and appropriate refunds will be issued if applicable.
